1. Acceptance

By creating a BoomMall account or using the app you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app. Contact: [email protected]

2. Accounts

You sign in with Sign in with Apple or Google (accounts that have a password, such as the App Review demo account, can also use email and password). You are responsible for activity on your account. You may delete the account in Settings at any time.

3. User-generated content

BoomMall has zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users. Do not post content that is illegal, sexually explicit, hateful, violent, harassing, fraudulent, or infringing, and do not abuse other users. Every post, comment, message, listing, story and sound can be reported in the app, and any user can be blocked. We review reports within 24 hours, remove content that breaks these Terms, and suspend or remove the accounts that posted it. We may remove copyrighted material after a valid takedown notice.

4. Purchases

Products are physical goods sold by shops on BoomMall. You pay cash on delivery, or by PromptPay transfer to BoomMall — an order is marked paid only after the transfer is verified. The app sells no digital currency, top-up, tips, or other digital goods.

5. Intellectual property

Do not upload music or media you do not have rights to. BoomMall and its licensors own the app software and marks.

6. Disclaimer

The service is provided as-is. To the extent allowed by law, BoomMall is not liable for indirect damages from use of the app.
